Terms and Conditions

We specialise in removals around London, the U.K and Europe.

17.5% VAT must be added to the cost of all removal costs and surcharges. Storage charges are not liable to VAT;

There is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs. After 2 hours, rates are charged in half hour increments

Extra fuel charges apply when travelling outside the M25

There is a minimum charge of £51 minimum (per half tonne) for goods going to the tip

Extra payment of £8 required if travelling through the congestion charge

Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the Driver on completion of the job

Debit or Credit card details are required to secure a booking. Payments will be processed on completion of the move. We do not accept cash or cheque or Amex.

Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays

We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel a move. Cancellations within 24 hrs of the move start time will incur a £50 fee.

Insurance

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after job is complete and payment is received.

Each van load is covered for loss or damage up to £50,000 of customers' belongings during transit, Aussie Man and Van Ltd are not liable for the first £50.00 per claim.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure extra insurance is arranged if required.
